NO SHOW OR LATE

TAppointments must be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full amount. In the event of an accident, illness or death, we charge 50% for the session. Being late or missing due to traffic jams or slow public transport due to rush hour is not an excuse. Subscriptions are valid for 1 year.
